About UROOAI
UROOAI exists to give every Bangladeshi student a fair shot at international education — the kind of personalised, honest guidance that was once available only to those who could afford expensive consultancies or happened to know the right people.
Our Story
The study abroad industry in Bangladesh is broken. Students pay ৳50,000–৳1,50,000 to agents who apply to a pre-set list of commission-paying universities, hide scholarship options to inflate fees, and disappear after taking payment. We built UROOAI to replace that system with one that is transparent, personalised, and free.
UROOAI puts the student's profile and goals at the centre — not the agent's commission structure. Every university match, scholarship recommendation, and document checklist is generated from the student's actual profile: their grades, field, budget, English proficiency, and target intake date.

Fazly Rabby Bhuiyan — CEO & Co-founder
Fazly Rabby Bhuiyan is a software engineer and entrepreneur who has built products across Bangladesh and Europe. He co-founded Webry Technologies and Webry Ventures, and created UROOAI after seeing how many talented Bangladeshi students were being misled and overcharged by consultancies. Fazly leads product, technology, and strategy.
Rashidul Hasan — Co-founder
Rashidul Hasan brings expertise in operations and growth. Having navigated the study-abroad process himself, Rashidul understands firsthand the barriers Bangladeshi students face. He leads partnerships, community, and student success at UROOAI.
